Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your check-in date, you will forfeit your deposit (the first night stay). If you cancel your reservation prior to 14 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $25 booking fee. We may offer a gift certificate for future stay in place of money back if cancellation is a holiday weekend, and we are unable to rebook the room. We take each cancellation reason into consideration.
